Internal organs biorhythm

The most active time slots of the day for the main human organs are as following:

Gallbladder: active between  11PM and 1 AM

Lungs: 3AM  – 5 PM

Liver: 1AM – 3 PM

Large intestine: 5AM-7AM – in this interval toxins are eliminated by the body being transformed in fecal matter. Food transits the large intestine for about 20 hours;

Small intestine: 1PM-3PM

Stomach: 7 AM-9AM – it is recommended that the first meal of the day to be the most consistent;

Heart: 11AM-1PM – in this period large meals should be avoided since they
