Clementines Cold Remedy

Clementines are fruits with an abundance of vitamin C, potassium and fibers. This is why they are a great resource for preventing or treating cold season viral infections.

Another quality is that each fruit contains only 40 calories which makes it excellent as a snack before fitness trainings or even lunch. The fiber contained recommend that clementines should be consumed also when your meals are abundant in fat and sugars. Although as many other fruits do not consume them after meals but one hour before.

As a short history it look like clementines were discovered in Algeria by father Clement Rodier in 1902. Although Clements discovery it seems that in China clementines were cultivated long before.
