Breathotron detects cancer by analyzing patient’s breath

British scientists have invented a device called The Breathotron that can detect cancer by analyzing the chemical composition of the patient’s breath.
Scientist from Cranfield University in Bedfordshire found cancer cells give off a specific odor which can be detected in the breath and in return invented a device that manages to “smell” the disease.
“This is a very exciting development which could dramatically influence the way cancer is diagnosed in years to come”, said Professor Hugh Bar, who is leading the study. He claims that the new invention can help …

Nasal spray could treat autism

French scientists have produced a nasal spray that help autism suffering persons to be more self confident and more sociable with others, qualities that are almost inexistent fore those people. Thirteen persons that suffer from minor autism, were treated with this medicine that contains oxytocin (known as hormone of love), a hormone that is naturally released by the body, following actions that imply affection.

One espresso per day may induce heart conditions

Consuming one espresso per day may negatively affect the heart. Specialists from Palermo University have discovered that for 1 hour after consuming one cup of espresso,  the quantity of blood that passes the hearth is reduced by 25% .
Researchers analyzed  the blood flow of a group of 20 volunteers who consumed one espresso cup.
