Stress, junk food, hormonal disordershair_loss or heredity are the most common causes for hair loss. This problem is frequent for both men and women and can be  controlled with natural incredients hair masks.

Nettle. Nettle tincture is used for scalp massage and must be left for 15 minutes in order to act. Hair is washed afterward with a soft shampoo. As efficient, is bathing the hair with a nettle decoction (method of extraction by boiling of herbal or plant material).

Egg yolk. Masks with egg yolk help hair become stronger.  It should be applied on wet hair after first wash and left to act for 20 minutes then washed again with shampoo.

Olive oil. This mask is prepared from two olive oil spoons, one egg yolk and few drops of lemon (eventually a viol of vitamin C for hair strengthening).  The composition is homogenized, applied on the hair and left to act for 45 minutes. Afterward, hair is washed thoroughly to eliminate all traces of oil.

Vinegar. After you have washed your hair, add a few spoons of vinegar in the rinsing water.  Do this at during weekend since vinegar will ad its smell to the hair for a period of time.

Garlic. A few cloves of garlic are mashed and used to massage hair roots. Leave it on for 30 minutes. The smell can be persistent even after hair wash but the results are visible after just 3 applications.
