Cinnamon regulates glucose level

The persons who suffer from diabetes may use cinnamon in fruit salads instead of sugar (a teaspoon per portion). After six weeks of regular usage, the spice regulates the blood sugar level.

Cinnamon is also an excellent remedy for cold suffering persons. The chilly people must follow a cinnamon powder therapy (one teaspoon of cinnamon powder per cup, for example per cup of boiled wine or basil infusion) for 10 days.

The hiccup and digestive spasms may also be controlled by aids of a teaspoon of cinnamon infusion in a glass of hot water (3 minutes). Drink in small sips.
